Brendelwood Village is a neighborhood of twenty-five townhomes lining wooded Brendel Hill in the center of Meth-Wick’s 68-acre campus. Each home has 1,250–1,839 square feet of living space, offering privacy and plenty of space but without the demands of traditional homeownership.
