Arbor Place

Arbor Place is a 24-hour assisted-living facility for those with mild to moderate cognitive losses related to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

It is designed with separate cottages for small groups of residents, with each peaceful cottage furnished to feel like a traditional family-style home while providing a safe and secure living environment. According to research from the Alzheimer’s Association, intimate, home-like settings provide the greatest benefit to people with cognitive losses.

Cottages have a private room for each resident, with three floorplan options available: One-Bedroom, Deluxe Studio and Studio. Having all the necessities within their own living space creates a feeling of privacy for residents, similar to that of independent living, but with 24/7 access to the care they need and a secured building.

Arbor Place has design elements specifically for those living with mild to moderate cognitive loss, including consistent lighting, large windows, and common areas that encourage social interaction.
